As of August 2026, the list includes more than 135 bottles and 24 wines by the glass priced from $9 to $22. Bottles range from a $27 Paso Robles cabernet to collector labels such as Colgin, Bond, and Promontory above $1,000, with depth in Napa cabernet, Paso Robles syrah, pinot noir, and Champagne.

What is Wine Wednesday at Max's Bistro?

Every Wednesday, all wine bottles on the list are 25% off for dine-in guests. The discount applies to the full bottle list, from $27 everyday bottles to premium Napa and European labels.

What is the corkage policy at Max's Bistro?

Corkage is $22 per 750ml bottle for wines not on the list, with a maximum of two bottles per table.

Does Max's Bistro serve handcrafted cocktails?

Yes. The bar serves 14 signature handcrafted cocktails and hand-shaken martinis, including the Max's Mule (citrus vodka, elderflower, green Chartreuse, lime, ginger beer), a classic Espresso Martini, and the Bullardier (bourbon, Campari, sweet vermouth, orange bitters). Bartenders are happy to make off-menu classics on request.
